Large language models are amazing for providing answers through accessing all of the data they have hoovered up from the public Internet. What they are missing is the proprietary data - the internal databases, Excel files, emails, voice recordings, customer file data, case notes. It is this data, when combined with the large language models, that send you into the stratosphere of excellence.

We can take any or all of that proprietary data, pour it into our private vector database, and now you have your own small LLM. Our AI assistant will accept your question, do a lookup on your LLM, retrieve the precise data, then combine that data with the original question and send everything to the general large language model.

Everything happens on our servers, which are all based in Montreal. The large LLM and the small LLM. And all of the processing is local. None of the data goes to the cloud. None.
